After making the screens, we have to expose the image onto the screen, that process called exposure.first ,you need to print the pattern onto the film, coating the screen with emulsion,and then put the film, screen onto the glass of the exposure machine, turn down the cover, and set the time that needed to exposure the image,we have UV light style and LED light style, usually the LED light style is much more effecient than the normal UV style,takes about 15-30 seconds, and the light can be over 10000hours life time.

being know as drying oven screen printing This flash dryer is our IR automatic flash dryer with sensor. it is used to dry the surface of the ink, for example, when we print a t shirt with 4 color pattern, we have to print the color one by one, once we finished printing one color and prepare to print the second color, you need to have the first printed color dryered ,otherwise the second color would being absorbed by the first color, which would cause color mixed up and resulted in the third color that we do not want to see, so we need the flash dryer in that case.
